December 16, 2016 -- For a second consecutive year, ReNEW SciTech Academy will host Chili In The Channel. The fourth annual event is set for Saturday, January 28 from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm.
The competition will include 20 teams -- a mix of amateurs and professionals -- who will compete for the coveted "Golden Chili Pot." In 2016, we saw the crew from ReNEW Dolores T. Aaron Academy bring home the prize. Dat Dog has already signed on to defend their "Best Professional Team" title, and the field of competitors is already filling up. ReNEW is proud to welcome back Gulf Coast Bank as presenting sponsor, and Urban South Brewery as the official beverage sponsor.
