December 16, 2019 — When it comes to gaining valuable experience in a trade or profession, internships are often an important option for students. At ReNEW Accelerated High School, students now have the ability to intern while also earning a paycheck.

Senior Destiny Reneau, began her paid internship at the on-site ReNEW Early Childhood Center earlier this month, kicking off this exciting program. She is earning high praise from her supervisors and students as she gains experience in a field that she is interested in pursuing after graduation in February. Internships will be based on student career goals and interests and can be customized to meet unique schedule needs. We are looking forward to more students beginning internships in the coming semester.
