June 29, 2020 — ReNEW Schools has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Times-Picayune and The New Orleans Advocate. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measured 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

ReNEW Schools CEO Tanya Bryant said the honor is made possible thanks to the outstanding team of teachers, school administrators, support staff and network personnel.

“The hard work and dedication shown by all of our staff last year was evident in the learning and joyous environment I saw every day when I walked through our schools,” Bryant said. “I’m thankful that our staff members feel valued and fulfilled by the work we do for our children.”
